Training well in your fifties, sixties and beyond is not a softer version of training. It is the same real work: strength for capability, mobility for freedom, balance for confidence, coached properly by someone who watches every rep.
What changes is the experience. Your session is one-on-one, quiet, and unhurried. Nobody is waiting for your equipment, nobody is watching you learn, and nothing is rushed. The program starts exactly where you are, whether you trained your whole life or have not started yet.
It begins with a free consultation: a conversation with a coach about your goals and your history, and enough time that you are not being moved along.
Seasonal residents are welcome. Some of our senior clients train with us for the months they are in Naples each year.
Strong, mobile, and steady
Progressive, properly-loaded strength work: the foundation of independence, energy, and doing what you want to do without thinking about it.
Movement quality, flexibility and stability work, so strength shows up in real life: stairs, golf swings, grandkids, travel.
For clients who enjoy it, light bag work adds coordination, rhythm, timing and fun to training. Entirely optional, always coached.
People stay, and that says everything
One of our members has trained with Coach Wil for ten years, started with no training background at all, and says it plainly:
"I'm in the best shape of my life at 60 years old."
"I've been with Wil for 6 years. Best in the profession."

Senior training questions
What happens before senior personal training begins?
Senior personal training begins with a complimentary consultation about your goals, training history, past injuries, and what you want to improve. We then assess how you move and build the program around where you are starting.
What does a normal senior personal training session look like?
Each session is one-on-one and built from your consultation and movement assessment. Your coach adjusts the work to your goals, current ability, past injuries, and how you are doing that day. As you progress, we reassess and adjust the program instead of giving you the same template every session.
Do you work with seasonal residents?
Yes. Seasonal residents are welcome, and some of our senior clients train with us during the months they are in Naples.
What if I have old injuries or something that hurts?
Your consultation covers what hurts now and what has hurt in the past. We look at how you move before writing a single session, then build the program from what we find. If you need medical guidance or clearance, your physician should guide that part.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Comfortable clothes and a water bottle are all you need.
