Ages 11 and 12 can fit either youth starter. We help you choose by experience and maturity.
Co-Ed Kickboxing is for adults and teens 16 and up. Ages 13 to 15 train with a parent alongside, so call or text us before you buy.
New to MMA? Beginners ages 13 and up start in the Saturday all-levels class. The advanced weekday class starts with a conversation with the coach.

Forge Starter questions
What is included in the Forge Starter?
Four coached group classes, in the route that fits the person training. At Forge Athletics in Naples you choose the program first, then Classes only or the version with Forge boxing gloves. The four classes are used within 28 days of your first attended class. The free first session is separate and never counts as one of the four.
Can I choose the Starter with or without gloves?
Yes. The Forge Starter is $99 for Classes only or $129 with one pair of Forge boxing gloves. Both versions include the same four coached group classes at Forge Athletics in Naples. With the gloves version, we fit your pair at your first class and they are yours to keep. Gloves are collected at the gym, not shipped.
When do my 28 days start?
With your first attended class, not the day you buy. From that class you have 28 days to use all four at Forge Athletics in Naples; classes left at the end expire. A class you book and miss without telling us counts as used. Pick the days that fit your week before you arrange your first visit.
How soon after buying do I need to take my first class?
Within 60 days of purchase. A Starter that has not started by then expires, so buying does not hold it open indefinitely. Payment is taken at sign-up and your 28 days begin when you first attend. Call or text Forge Athletics in Naples to set up the class that fits your route, age and experience before that date.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund within 3 business days of purchase, on either version. The window runs from the day you buy, even though your 28 days start at your first class, so waiting to attend does not extend it. If you want a refund, tell Forge Athletics in Naples within those 3 business days.
Is there a card processing fee?
Paying by credit card adds a 2.9% processing fee, on either version. Debit cards, prepaid cards and bank debit do not carry it. The Starter is paid at sign-up at Forge Athletics in Naples; the four classes themselves start counting from your first attended class.
Can I buy a Starter for my child?
Yes. The Forge Kids Starter covers Kids MMA and Kids MMA & Athletic Training for ages 6-12; the Forge Teen & Youth Starter covers Youth MMA and Youth MMA & Athletic Training for ages 11-17. Each Starter is for one new student at Forge Athletics in Naples. For ages 11 and 12, ask the coach which route fits your child's experience and maturity before you buy.
What happens after the four classes?
That choice is yours. There is no automatic membership enrollment. If you want to keep training, Forge Athletics in Naples helps you choose a membership that fits your week. The four classes are there so you can experience the coaching, the class and the schedule before deciding anything else.
Who is the Starter not for?
Current or former members: it is one purchase per new student. It covers the five group-class routes at Forge Athletics in Naples, not personal training, Little Dragons or the women's self-defense workshop. Buying the MMA Starter does not qualify anyone for Teen & Adult MMA (Advanced), which still requires two to three years of prior training and a conversation with the coach.
