Every woman's training journey is different, and a template does not coach anyone. Your program is written for you: your goals, your starting point, your history with training, and the life your week actually has room for. Then it is adjusted session by session as you get stronger.
The environment matters as much as the program. Forge is a coach-owned gym where women train seriously without performing for anyone: supportive, focused, and honest about the work.
Strength first, everything follows
Progressive, coached strength work: the foundation for capability, energy, and long-term health at every age.
Bag work and striking technique woven into training for women who want it: a session a machine studio cannot run.
Many clients pair personal training with women's kickboxing through our hybrid membership: individual attention plus community.
Women who train here say it best
"I'm in the best shape of my life at 60 years old."
"Wil's ability to tailor workouts to individual needs while pushing you to your limits makes every session with him highly effective and rewarding."
"The workouts are challenging, well-structured, and focused on building strength and overall performance."

Questions women ask
What does women's personal training look like here?
We begin with a complimentary consultation because I want to understand what you are trying to accomplish, what you have done before, what hurts or has hurt in the past, and what your week actually looks like. Then we assess how you move. That gives us the information we need to build your sessions around you. From there, the training is one-on-one, coached closely, and adjusted to your goals, experience, and current ability. You are not walking in and being handed the same workout we gave someone else.
I am starting from zero. Is that a problem?
No. You do not need to get in shape before coming to Forge, and you do not need to know how to use the equipment or perform the exercises before your first session. Teaching you those things is part of our job.
Because personal training is one-on-one, your coach can demonstrate each movement, watch how you perform it, and adjust the exercise, resistance, range of motion, or pace to fit you. You are not being asked to follow someone else's workout or keep up with someone who has been training for years.
We begin with movements you can perform well and build your strength, control, and confidence from there. Starting from zero is not a disadvantage. It simply gives us an honest starting point from which to build your program correctly.
Can I combine personal training with the women's classes?
Yes. A hybrid membership can combine one-on-one personal training with Women's Only Kickboxing, Women's Only Strength & Kickboxing, or both.
The two types of training serve different purposes. Personal training gives us dedicated time to focus on your movement, strength, individual goals, and any areas that need extra coaching. The women's classes give you a consistent group environment where you can train, improve your conditioning, work on your striking, and enjoy the energy of training alongside other women.
We also consider your class schedule when planning your personal training. The goal is not to pile on as many workouts as possible. It is to find the right combination for your goals, experience, recovery, and the amount of time you can realistically commit each week.
Will my program change as I progress?
Yes. The program that is right for you when you begin usually will not be the program you need several months later. As your strength, movement, control, confidence, and training capacity improve, the program should grow with you.
We do not change exercises simply to make every session look different. We keep working on what you need long enough for you to improve, then adjust the difficulty, exercise selection, or amount of work when your progress shows us it is time. We also account for changes in your goals, schedule, stress, soreness, or anything else affecting your training.
We reassess when it is useful rather than following an automatic testing date. Between reassessments, adjustments come from working closely with you and coaching what we see. We do not use dashboards, reports, or a formal progress-tracking system. Your coach pays attention, communicates with you, and keeps the program matched to where you are now.
