Forge does not run a franchise boot camp, and we will not pretend to. What we run is better coached: high-energy group training built on strength work, striking rounds on the heavy bags, and body-weight and calisthenic conditioning, with a coach correcting form instead of shouting encouragement from a stage.
More than 50,000 hours on the mat, across thirty years of teaching. That is who is running your workout.
Two classes that deliver it
The strength hour: strength training and kickboxing rounds in one full-body workout. This is the closest thing to a boot camp we run, and it is better coached than one. See women's kickboxing.
Open to everyone: coached striking and conditioning that leaves you worked, skilled, and back for more. See kickboxing classes.
"The women's boot camp classes are the hardest workouts but the results are so worth it!!"
Want the intensity with individual attention instead? That is personal training. Full times on the schedule.
Who this is for
Before your first class
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. You can begin Women's Only Strength & Kickboxing without getting fit first; the coach adjusts the strength work and the bag rounds to where you are and builds from there. The class meets Monday and Wednesday at 9:00am at Forge Athletics in Naples. If an evening mixed class fits better, Co-Ed Kickboxing runs those same days at 5:30pm, with no sparring.
What equipment do I need?
None for your first class. Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and use our loaner gloves. Women's Only Strength & Kickboxing at Forge Athletics in Naples uses strength equipment, heavy bags and body-weight work, all provided. If you keep training, we help you choose your own boxing gloves.
How much does membership cost?
Call or text and we tell you straight; we just want to know which class you plan to train in first. For a boot camp style workout at Forge Athletics in Naples, Women's Only Strength & Kickboxing meets Monday and Wednesday at 9:00am and Co-Ed Kickboxing meets those evenings at 5:30pm. Your first class is free either way, and the Forge Women's Kickboxing Starter is four classes for $99, or $129 with gloves.
How do I get started?
Call, text, email, message us on social, or stop by. Texting usually gets the fastest reply. In many cases, you can be training the same day or within a day or two, depending on the class and when you reach us.
Is there a four-class option for the women's strength class?
Yes. The Forge Women's Kickboxing Starter covers Women's Only Strength & Kickboxing, Monday and Wednesday at 9:00am at Forge Athletics in Naples, and Women's Only Kickboxing on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am and 6:00pm. Try a free class first, or take the four coached classes for $99, or $129 with Forge boxing gloves, within 28 days of your first one.
Make time for yourself. Learn what you can do.
Learn proper punches and kicks, work on your strength and get guidance from a coach who helps you find your starting point. Train alongside other women in a welcoming class where beginners can ask questions and build at their own pace. No sparring.
