What a camp day feels like

Coaches lead martial arts practice, movement games and team challenges through the day. Children practice a technique with a partner, listen to instructions and encourage teammates during games.

We cap camp at 20 children and maintain a 1:10 coach-to-camper ratio. That gives coaches time to notice who needs an explanation, offer a correction and help a child try again. The group stays small enough for instruction to remain personal throughout the activities.

Kids practice coordination, effort, focus and cooperation through training and play, with a coach available when something is new.

One day or both

Day Camp is a single camp day. Fall Camp and each Winter Camp block offer a choice of one day or both days. Check your selected listing for its start and finish times.

The Winter Camp blocks are priced separately. The two-day rate covers both dates within one block. A day from each block is booked as separate single days; all the Winter dates can be booked as two full blocks.

Is camp right for my child?

Camp serves children ages 6-14, with the same listed price for members and non-members. Children just outside the range need Coach Wil's approval before registration. Being a current student or coming with a sibling does not automatically grant an exception.

Unsure about a full day? Arrange an appropriate complimentary class to see Forge, meet instructors and experience the coaching. Explore our year-round kids programs or class schedule to start the conversation.

Register for your chosen dates

Use the online booking options above. A parent or guardian completes the waiver and pays in full to reserve the child's place. The desk can also send the registration and waiver link by email or text, or help you complete them in person.

Standard online registration closes at 6:00pm the day before attendance, or sooner if camp fills. For later requests, including camp morning, call or text before coming in. The desk confirms space and coaching coverage, then helps with registration before your child joins.

Additional siblings attending together receive 15% off their listed one-day or two-day booking. The first child pays full price. Call or text the desk to arrange the discount; online checkout charges the listed rate and the desk refunds the sibling difference. Other promotional discounts do not combine with this offer.

What to bring and wear

Pack a snack, lunch and a refillable water bottle. Children can refill at our water stations, and drinks are available to buy at the front desk.

Current members wear their Forge uniform and bring their martial arts belt. Other campers wear comfortable clothes they can train and play in, such as jogging pants or shorts and an athletic training T-shirt. Bring an extra shirt. If your child has training gear, bring it too; loaner gear is available.

Drop-off and pick-up

Staffed arrival opens 15 minutes before the listed start. Sign your child in and hand them over to staff. Collect them at the listed finish time, with sign-out and a confirmed handoff. Supervised drive-up pickup is available.

A parent, guardian or adult authorized in advance may collect your child. Staff check photo ID when they do not recognize the collecting adult. Early pickup is welcome; tell the desk beforehand. If you are delayed, call or text promptly. Extended care is not included, and there is no automatic late fee.

If plans change

Cancel by the day before camp for a full refund. Same-day cancellations and days missed without notice receive credit toward another camp, event or service.

If Forge closes unexpectedly, we work to reschedule. Families who prefer a refund may take one. Contact the front desk to cancel or discuss a change.

Meet the camp coaching team

School-break camps are led by Coach Wil Pino, Coach "Nikki" Nicholas and Coach "Wil" Wilfred Jr, with an assistant coach and our youth coaching team. Coach Wil brings over thirty years of teaching to the way the team explains skills and supports children through practice.

Meet the coaches behind Forge's year-round youth instruction.

Questions parents may have

Who can attend, and are non-members welcome?

School-break camps serve children ages 6-14, including non-members, at the same listed price. Coach Wil must approve an age exception before registration.

Can my child try a class before we decide about camp?

Contact the desk to arrange an appropriate complimentary class if you are unsure whether your child is ready for a full day. They can meet instructors and experience Forge's coaching. This is a class visit, not a free camp day.

What should my child bring and wear?

Bring a snack, packed lunch and refillable water bottle. Current members wear their Forge uniform and bring their belt; other campers wear comfortable athletic clothes. Water stations are available, and drinks can be purchased at the front desk.

How do drop-off and pick-up work?

Arrive during the 15 minutes before camp, sign in with staff and collect at the listed finish time with sign-out. An adult authorized in advance may collect; staff check ID if unfamiliar. Tell the desk about early pickup, or call or text if delayed.

Who coaches camp, and how much individual attention do children receive?

Coach Wil Pino, Coach "Nikki" Nicholas and Coach "Wil" Wilfred Jr lead camps with an assistant coach and the youth team. Camp is capped at 20 children with a 1:10 coach-to-camper ratio, giving coaches time to teach and help individuals.

How do I register, and when does registration close?

Choose your camp and booking option above, then complete the waiver and payment online for each child. Standard online registration closes at 6:00pm the day before attendance, or earlier if full. Call or text the desk about later requests before arriving.

Are sibling discounts available?

Yes. Additional siblings attending together receive 15% off their listed one-day or two-day booking across school-break camps. Contact the desk for the adjustment; it is not automatic at online checkout. The first child pays full price, and other promotional discounts do not combine.

What if we cancel or miss a camp day?

Cancel by the day before camp for a full refund. Same-day cancellations and days missed without notice receive credit toward another camp, event or service. Call, text or email the desk to cancel.

What happens if Forge has to close unexpectedly?

We work to reschedule after an unexpected closure. If you prefer a refund, you may take one instead.

Can we combine days from the two Winter Camp blocks?

Each Winter Camp block is priced separately. Its two-day rate covers both dates within that block. One day from each block is two single-day bookings; all Winter dates can be booked as two full blocks.
